Today's edition is with R&ARIE Founder Reeba Daniel, who believes that self-care means setting safe boundaries ... and sometimes it means eating a late-night sundae.

Morning routine:
My mornings start with gratitude. I thank the universe and my body for bringing me back from rest. As I brush my teeth and get ready for the day, I recite self-worth affirmations. Before my family is up, I find a quiet spot and comfortable position to set my intentions for the day and decide where my efforts and energy is most useful for the day. A couple hours into work my little one awakes and the real day begins.
The first thing I do after work:
I look at the list I created throughout the day and what I have accomplished. I cross each one out, make my new list, and close the laptop. I have the little one with me throughout the workday, but we make dinner together, watch a movie, and read stories before bedtime.
Dinner ritual:
We usually eat at 6 p.m. My little one usually chooses the menu for the evening and helps in preparation or choosing what to order for take out. Some days there are just not enough hours. We do love to cook at home and eat what we grow.
